If you have minor children, another benefit of a Will is that you will be able to establish who you would like to become legal guardian of your children in the event something were to happen to you and your spouse. Trusts

Many people want to avoid the time and cost of probating an estate, no matter how large or small. We can create a trust to ensure that your estate is distributed and managed according to your plan without your loved ones having to go through the trouble of going through probate. Trusts are also a good alternative if you would like your assets to be distributed over time.
